We are very passionate about giving back to our community. Our local theater is in need of repair. The Historic Crystal Theatre has recently been purchased by a civic organization, Okemah Community Improvement Association, that consists of leaders from every other civic organization in the community. Members include the Woody Guthrie Coalition, Okemah Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, American Legion, History Center, City of Okemah, Okemah Schools, Ministerial Alliance and the Okemah Round-up Club.
